The transcript for the video is as follows:
The Vincenzo says that Amazon PPC stands for pay-per-click, and it is the way you can advertise on Amazon. Essentially, you pay for the clicks that you get on your ads.
Vincenzo also mentioned that PPC is important because it is difficult to get sales and exposure organically on Amazon anymore. There are four main types of Amazon PPC ads: sponsor products, sponsor brands, sponsor display, and sponsor TV.
Sponsor products are ads that appear on product listing pages. Sponsor brands are ads that allow you to create a brand presence on Amazon. Sponsor display ads appear on product detail pages and other parts of the Amazon website. Sponsor TV ads are video ads that appear on Amazon Fire TV devices.
Vincenzo says that all Amazon sellers should be using PPC ads unless they are doing wholesale or retail arbitrage. Wholesale arbitrage is the practice of buying products from a wholesaler and then selling them on Amazon for a profit. Retail arbitrage is the practice of buying products from retail stores and then selling them on Amazon for a profit.
He also says that the most important thing for new sellers to focus on is conversion rate. Conversion rate is the percentage of people who see your ad and then click on it to buy your product and new sellers should focus on sponsor products ads in the first two months of selling on Amazon. Sponsor products ads are the most effective way to get your products in front of potential customers.
After two months, sellers should start to focus on sponsor brands ads as well. Sponsor brands ads are a great way to build brand awareness and establish yourself as an authority in your niche.
